Since 2011, she has mentored students from Hwa Chong Institution, Raffles Institution, Victoria Junior College, Dunman High School, Temasek Junior College, Catholic Junior College, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, Jurong Junior College, Pioneer Junior College, and Tampines Meridian Junior College helping them turn effort into excellence through a system where strategy meets results.
